Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If we have made an error or if there are issues regarding the condition of your parcel when it arrives, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship Canada Post Express Post or Canada Post Expedited Parcel Post to addresses in Canada including PO Boxes.
Xpresspost service provides delivery next day local, next day* regional, and 2 days national, between most major urban centres.
Expedited Parcel service provides delivery next day local, 1 to 3 days regional, and 2 to 7 days national, between most major urban centres. Tracking and delivery notification is available and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the parcel is shipped.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods. We use insured, trackable, bar-coded shipping methods and will assist in making the proper claims if necessary.
